Joe Woelkers is a third year law student at the Florida State College of Law. Joe is currently a notes and comments editor on the Florida State Law Review and is past membership chair for the Florida State chapter of the American Constitution Society.

Prior to working at the Law Offices of Don A. Pumphrey, Jr., Joe externed at the Public Defender’s Office where he managed a caseload of 60-70 cases while under the direct supervision of a licensed attorney. Prior to law school, Joe attended the University of North Florida where he graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy. In his spare time, Joe enjoys playing bass guitar and camping.
